To respect our time and other clients, we require a credit card on file (securely stored). A $30 deposit is required for first-time visits and will go toward your treatment. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a $30 fee. Missed appointments without notice will incur a $100 charge.

For mobile IV services, a travel fee applies, a minimum of $20 or $2 per mile from our Ann Arbor office.
